In the course of the research network AnEffLo, anti-efficiency logics (i.e. logics that also consider emotions, relationship quality, etc.) are to be implemented, investigated and evaluated within technical systems used the care sector. Our approach seeks to strengthen the sustainability of (interactive) work and to increase the reflexivity of the work organization (especially critical self-observation and alternative practice).
